Fill out the contact form on my website or shoot me an email. Just let me know what type of artwork you’re looking for, the approximate size, and any reference images you’d like to share. I can’t wait to hear from you.

 

3. LET'S CHAT!
Once I receive your request, I’ll reach out to discuss your project in more detail. This is a perfect time to clarify any specifics and make sure we’re on the same page. We can also talk about the space where the painting will live, so we get the right size and color palette just right.

4. QUOTING
After we’ve discussed your vision, I’ll send you a quote that covers the painting, framing, and delivery if needed. Transparency is key, and I want you to feel comfortable every step of the way.

5. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Once you agree to the quote, I’ll ask for a small, non-refundable deposit (25%) to secure your commission. This helps cover initial materials and my time. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork, just before delivery. Payments can be made in cash, via bank transfer, or credit card—whatever works best for you.

6. CREATING YOUR DREAMY ARTWORK

To kick things off, I’ll create a small sketch of the composition so we’re both aligned. Throughout the process, I’ll share updates and work-in-progress images, allowing for any adjustments along the way. I welcome your constructive feedback, but please keep in mind that major changes to the composition may not be possible later on.

 

7. COMPLETION + DELIVERY

Once your artwork is finished, I’ll share it with you for final approval. I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your piece, so we can make any last tweaks at this stage. Once you’re happy, the final payment will be due.

Once everything is settled, it’s time to enjoy your custom piece. I’m so excited to create something special just for you!
