SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

I'm thrilled to share my artwith you! Here's what you need to know about shipping:

  1. Delivery Areas: We currently offer shipping within Australia and around the world! If you are based withing 5kms of Sydney CBD I am happy to deliver to you. 

  2. Shipping Time: Once your order is confirmed, we'll do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and 3-7 business days for shipping within Australia. Note that shipping times may vary based on your location.

  3. Shipping Cost: Once you have made your purchase I will be in touch to discuss the best way to deliver your new work of art! To give you an idea, a 50x50cm painting to the US or UK costs around $100 AUD. Local smaller works will cost approximately $20 - 50 AUD. 

  4. Tracking: Once I have packed it up and taken to the post office, I will take a picture of the box and you'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on your precious art on its journey to your doorstep.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

I hope you'll love your new art, but if you're not completely satisfied, here's how my returns work:

  1. 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  2. Condition: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

  3. Return Process: To start a return, please contact me at johorsleyproduction@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

  4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.

  5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be your responsibility, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, where we'll cover the return shipping expenses.
